LARGE Full Venue Bookings and End of Year (November & December) Bookings may undertake additional room hire, deposit & minimum spend requirements to offset high demand and additional resources needed (Contract Staff, Kitchen Equipment, Bar Essentials and Glassware, DJ’s etc.)
Please note the minimum spend requirement is generally not a guaranteed spend, however under certain circumstances (reduced/insufficient numbers of guests) we may ask you to make up the remaining, or a portion of the remaining shortfall of minimum spend requirements.
