LARGE Full Venue Bookings and End of Year (November & December) Bookings may undertake additional room hire, deposit & minimum spend requirements to offset high demand and additional resources needed (Contract Staff, Kitchen Equipment, Bar Essentials and Glassware, DJ’s etc.)
Please note the minimum spend requirement is generally not a guaranteed spend, however under certain circumstances (reduced/insufficient numbers of guests) we may ask you to make up the remaining, or a portion of the remaining shortfall of minimum spend requirements.
Pricing – Deposit and minimum spend requirements for selected areas are specific to the event, and the volume of guests attending. Our minimum spend requirements include anything the host provides and anything else the guests pay for.
