When the weekend hits, Longroom keeps the good times going with some of Auckland’s best DJs playing late every Friday and Saturday night.

Longroom, alongside our sister café Longshot, offers great food, drinks and service without compromising on quality. For birthdays, engagements, hens and stag dos, Christmas parties or private celebrations, we also have a range of spaces available, including The Short Room, a private and secure area with its own bar and enclosed balcony.

Was in town solo for a concert and had time to fill before and after my flights. Found this place by chance and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Food was excellent and they have a solid selection of wine and spirits.

What really stood out was the staff. Every single person working there was friendly and genuinely attentive. I sat in a booth for way longer than I probably should have and never once felt rushed or pressured to leave. Just felt like a welcome guest the whole time.

The crowd was a nice mix of people and the whole vibe was calm and relaxed. Can't remember the last time I felt that comfortable somewhere on my own. If you're in the area definitely check it out. Left completely happy.

Pleasantly surprised by how great this place was for dining after only having been there for late night drinks...

Delicious lamb & salmon bowls, juicy smashburger and tasty Korean Fried Chicken. Attentive service with the staff topping up wine/waters as needed and the complimentary water (still & sparkling) is a nice touch.

Nice outdoor patio which has a fire which is great for cooler evenings.

It's a great little spot for catching up with friends.
I know it from going with my networking group, we get an allocated place for our meetings, place is usually really quiet for a chat.

Service was really good from most staff, very welcoming and receiving, just one guy/barista was not very warm in his ways, not rude, just not very welcoming.

Great thing about this place is that you can bring your pet 🐕!! Love places that allow this!

All 5 star. Perfect atmosphere with nice music, specifically open areas are lovely. Welcomed by very polite and nice staff, very well designed outdoor area, fair prices in compare of some restaurants in that area.

We ordered calamari which was a perfectly fried one, outside crispy inside tender and little juicy, just as good as it could be, then a 250gr Scott fillet steak with black garlic and chips plus a BRB hazy ipa, I had the day off so luckily we popped in there during happy hours and beers were 10 NZD and all shared dishes were 10 NZD as well.

The taste of the steak was otherworldly, out of words, exceptional quality and super cooked, which definitely shows the expertise of the chef there. Best steak I've had in New Zealand in the past year.
Much recommended, steak was 42 NZD, calamari was 17 NZD in normal hours.
